Refund/ Retum Policy

We hope you adore every piece from your Cathy Clothing order. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review our simple guidelines below.

Timeframe for Returns
You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our team at cathyclothing@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Sale Items
All items purchased during promotional periods or with significant discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund, and cover any related return shipping costs.
